Trevi Systems Inc., ACWA Power, and AJMC Announce Strategic MoU at ACWA Innovation Day 2024

In a pivotal collaboration, Trevi Systems Inc., ACWA Power, and AJMC have come together to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the ACWA Innovation Day's conference. This tripartite agreement, signed on January 25th, 2024, marks a significant step forward in the sustainable management of water resources. Uniting Trevi Systems Inc., a leader in forward osmosis technology; ACWA Power, renowned in power generation and water desalination; and AJMC, specialists in reverse osmosis membranes, this partnership is set to revolutionize eco-friendly water treatment solutions in Saudi Arabia.


The MoU outlines a joint effort to demonstrate the efficacy of Trevi's Forward Osmosis System in Saudi Arabia, with each party bringing unique expertise to the table. Trevi Systems Inc. will showcase its advanced forward osmosis and pressurized forward osmosis technologies, integrated with renewable energy for zero-carbon water treatment. The collaboration aims to prepare a joint proposal for the Saudi National Authority and Research Development and Innovation Authority, highlighting the potential of Trevi’s FO System.
